Paving Sealer Trade is a single-component water-based acrylic copolymer emulsion designed for concrete block pavers, exposed aggregate panels, concrete slabs, and architectural sections. No thinning or reactive ingredients are needed — simply apply by roller, brush, or spray for a professional finish.
The product is supplied as a milky white liquid that dries completely clear, providing an invisible protective layer. Non-flammable with a non-hazardous classification, it is one of the safest paving sealers in the Spectrum range. Apply between 5°C and 30°C, avoiding rain for 24 hours after application.
Coverage rates of 1.8 to 2.6 sqm per litre for new block paving make it an economical choice for both residential and commercial projects. Manufactured at our ISO 9001 certified facility in Wollaston, Northamptonshire.
